Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Typically, orders will be submitted for production within 24 hours. You should receive an email within 2-7 days letting you know your order is on the way! This email will include your tracking number. Please note that federal holidays may delay processing times.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:

Standard shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, which are determined by your shipping address. Orders are generally ready for shipping within 2-7 business days using USPS. Shipping times are determined by USPS and are subject to change.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

For U.S. orders, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@midnightmouser.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
